Well-being as a lifelong journey

This is the story of a place founded on family passion, mindful care, and a long-term vision of human well-being — where health, balance, and harmony grow naturally over time.

A personal note from the hosts

Hello, my name is Mario Maskewitz.

For over 20 years, my family has been dedicated to hospitality and health care. Today, together with my wife, we represent the second generation of owners and active hosts of Long Vita, a place created for holistic regeneration.

My passion for health began in my childhood home. My mother always prioritized nutrition, and the results speak for themselves. My parents enjoy such incredible fitness and energy today that it feels as if time has stood still for them. They travel the world, play golf, and regularly attend Pilates and Zumba classes. Their lifestyle is the ultimate proof of the power of preventive health.

At Long Vita, we see these effects every day. Since 2005, when we operated under the name Czapielski Młyn, we have evolved from a weight-loss center into a hotel focused on holistic regeneration. Today, nearly 65% of our guests return. They come back not just because they feel better after a weekend, but because they leave with a new perspective on health and life.

Our philosophy of well-being

We believe that true well-being grows out of balance. When key areas of life support one another, the body and mind are able to regenerate naturally and sustainably.

Conscious nutrition

The word diet is often misunderstood and reduced to weight loss alone. In reality, healthy eating is a conscious choice about what, when, and how much we eat. At Long Vita, we move beyond calorie counting and focus instead on balance, quality, and the right proportions of proteins, carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

Enjoyable movement

You don’t need to love the gym to be healthy. Movement should be a source of pleasure, not obligation. Cycling, running, golf, team sports, yoga — what matters most is regularity and variety. The best form of movement is the one you genuinely enjoy.

Rest and recovery

In a fast, noisy world, silence has become a rare luxury. Without quality sleep and daily moments of calm, even the best nutrition and activity plan will fall short. Rest allows the mind to reset and gives the body space to regenerate.

Connection with nature

I am a strong advocate of the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku, known as forest bathing. You don’t need to hug trees to feel its effects. Simply spending time in forests, mountains, or by the sea offers a mental reset that urban environments cannot provide.

A long-term journey

The path to longevity is a marathon, not a sprint.

Whenever you’re ready to step away from the daily rush and reconnect with yourself, this is a place where that journey can begin.

LONG VITA

A health retreat built on balance

Nutrition as the foundation of vitality

Healthy nutrition lies at the heart of the Long Vita experience. It is the starting point for regeneration and a key source of long-term energy. We believe vitality grows from a carefully balanced menu based on premium, high-quality ingredients.

Working closely with experienced nutritionists and chefs, we have spent years refining recipes that show health and flavor can go hand in hand. Each dish is created to nourish the body while engaging the senses.

Two elements, one path to vitality

Whether your goal is to improve health, focus on prevention, reduce weight, or simply feel better in your body, nutrition alone is not enough. Regular movement plays an equally important role in supporting vitality and long-term well-being.

For this reason, we offer a thoughtfully designed daily activity program that complements your nutrition plan and supports the body as a whole — gently, safely, and effectively.

Holistic renewal for body and soul

Regeneration at Long Vita is more than a stay — it is time set aside to slow down, release tension, and return to your natural rhythm. Surrounded by silence, nature, and the care of experienced specialists, we combine modern medicine, manual therapies, conscious movement, and deep relaxation.

Every element of the program is designed to support your health, restore energy, and help you feel better — not just briefly, but for longer.

Nature as a natural ally

At Long Vita, nature is not a backdrop — it is an active part of the regeneration process. Located on the shores of Lake Bukrzyno Duże in the heart of the Kashubian Landscape Park, this setting offers rare conditions for rest and renewal.

Birdsong, forest silence, fresh air, and open space create an environment where slowing down happens naturally and energy returns gently.
