Conditions of reservation
To confirm your booking at the resort, you are required to pay a deposit to the resort’s account within a maximum of 7 days from the date of booking. The amount of the deposit is specified in the booking confirmation sent to your e-mail. The title of the transfer should include the client’s name, surname, and the booking number. Reservations may be cancelled at no cost up to 30 days before arrival, in which case the prepayment made will be refunded within 14 days of the notification of cancellation. In case of cancellation after this date or failure to show up at the resort on the day of arrival, the fee is 50% of the reservation value.
