Fruit and Vegetable

A diet developed by Long Vita – Czapielski Młyn over 15 years ago, based on Dr. Dąbrowska’s fruit and vegetable fasting. It offers therapeutic properties aimed at cleansing the body of all harmful substances. Through low calorie and nutrient restriction, the side effect is to lose excess weight. Thus, the diet leads to cleansing and weight loss.
