Our philosophy of movement

At Long Vita, we believe that health and fitness grow in harmony. While nutrition lays the foundation, it is conscious movement — gentle, regular, and adapted to the body’s abilities — that allows the body to function with ease, efficiency, and vitality over time.

Movement is not about pushing limits. It is about supporting the body in a way that feels natural, sustainable, and deeply restorative.

Daily movement,
tailored to you

Movement is one of the pillars of health and well-being — just as essential as a balanced diet. At Long Vita, we offer a thoughtfully designed activity program that supports physical fitness, regeneration, and inner balance.

Each day is structured to gently strengthen the body, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being, while leaving space for rest and reflection. Our goal is long-term health — not short-term exertion.

We respect the individual needs and capabilities of every guest. You choose the pace and intensity:

  • join guided classes,
  • take a peaceful walk by the lake,
  • enjoy a stretching or relaxation session,
  • read, rest, or simply listen to the rhythm of nature.

At Long Vita, movement is never an obligation. It is a conscious choice — and an act of self-care.

Most activities are included in the price of your stay, allowing you to enjoy a harmonious balance of movement and rest without limitations. This is a space where the body regains strength and lightness, and the mind finds calm — in harmony with yourself and with nature.

Movement.
In tune with you

In line with our philosophy, each day begins by gently awakening the body with stretching, followed by cardio training, and concludes with strength-focused movement. This balanced rhythm supports mobility, endurance, and strength — without strain or pressure.

STRETCHING

Stretching is a gentle yet highly effective form of bodywork focused on lengthening muscles and restoring balance. It is recommended for nearly everyone, as most people experience muscle tightness, postural imbalances, or restricted mobility due to modern lifestyles.

Regular stretching:

  • improves range of motion,
  • reduces muscle tension and stiffness,
  • enhances proprioception (deep body awareness),
  • lowers the risk of muscle and soft tissue injuries,
  • supports joint health by improving the circulation of synovial fluid,
  • helps relieve stress and tension accumulated through daily life.

Stretching sessions take place both outdoors and in our fitness space. Morning classes are often held outdoors to support oxygenation and gently energize the body for the day ahead.

AQUA AEROBIC

Aqua aerobics is a modern, joint-friendly workout that combines cardio and strength training in a safe, supportive water environment.

Conducted in our pool at waist-to-chest depth, the water naturally increases resistance, making movements more effective while significantly reducing strain on the joints. This makes aqua aerobics suitable both for guests looking to improve fitness and strength, and for those experiencing musculoskeletal pain or degenerative conditions.

Classes are led by experienced instructors who work with guests of all fitness levels. Each session includes individual guidance and carefully selected exercises to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal results.
