Each calorie option can be tailored further and is available in the following variants: Standard, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan, and Gluten-free.

If your stay at Long Vita is focused on restoring energy, improving well-being, and gently rebalancing body and mind — without undergoing an intensive detox — the Balanced Diet is an ideal choice.

Based on your personal profile and goals, you can easily select the calorie level and dietary variant that suits you best. This approach supports vitality, mental clarity, and long-term balance without unnecessary restriction.

Please note that the 1200 kcal option is often recommended as a later stage following our Fruit and Vegetable Fast. A moderately calorie-reduced diet with properly balanced nutrients remains the safest and most effective way to achieve sustainable weight loss.

The smoothie diet

A gentle reset for body and metabolism

The smoothie diet is a carefully designed hybrid that combines elements of a juice detox with the structure of balanced nutrition. It is ideal for guests seeking rapid restoration, lightness, and metabolic renewal.

The program includes: traditional fermented beetroot drink (zakwas), two nutrient-rich smoothies (morning and evening), a two-course lunch (soup and main course) with strictly limited carbohydrates.

This low-calorie plan supports natural detoxification processes while promoting effective weight loss and a feeling of lightness.
The Smoothie Diet provides approximately 800 kcal per day.

Mealtimes & flexibility

Mealtimes at Long Vita follow a fixed daily schedule to support consistency, one of the most important foundations of any effective nutritional program. Regular meal timing helps regulate metabolism, energy levels, and digestion.

At the same time, we recognize that every guest arrives with different needs and rhythms. For this reason, each meal remains available until one hour before the next mealtime, offering flexibility without disrupting the nutritional plan.

Meal times: Breakfast: 09:00 – 12:30, Lunch: 13:30 – 16:30, Dinner: from 17:30
